Because the auditor needs to be voted in - they never have been.
so for spenda to be compliant we need to have an auditor voted in.
this required an egm.
as well as "other things" as so eloquenty put in the official announcement to the asx. I mean that statement says alot about the professionalism of this company in my opinion.
