US Consumer Deflation results in BIG SILVER RALLY'S, page-353

I may not have it entirely accurate but I think Rick Rule (?) has mentioned more than once in his interviews:

The mean investment for funds in precious metals over decades is 2% (as high sometimes as 6 % ?) of their portfolios..
They current run at about 0.5%

Meaning, even if they revert back to the Mean of 2% that would be a quadrupling of their funds towards PM's..

Others have said they won't look at it, until their Bl**mberg screens start alerting them when gold gets back to the US$2000's..

Which means it's steady as she goes,, until it's not !!
