No-one on here knows anything - it is all speculation.

Us LTHs with the views that we have are basing it purely on the long time stated position of the BoD which is that once they have a working Mb Array that they would be looking to sell it to the highest bidder.

I agree with others that a) it's definitely likely that potential buyers will want to see additional performance metrics over a longer period of testing i.e. speed, endurance & retention and b) it might take 12 months plus to identify an acceptable commercial transaction, during which they will continue with testing/development and rightly so.

But having followed this company closely since late 2017 I'm confident that the Directors - who thought this would be sold 12 - 24 months ago (or earlier) - are pretty keen to realise their winnings on this one. How much it gets sold for I don't think we have any real idea and there isn't a lot to be gained in my view by pulling figures out of the air but I'm pretty sure it isn't going to be for A$200M.

It could be sold at any time from now on - anyone selling out and choosing to be a non-holder is taking a big risk.
