I am pleased for you.
Now , unlike you , I am grumpy because this looks like a crap buy , at the wrong time , by a company that seemed to be tripping along ok.
I am less grumpy than if the SP was around 2.70 , but less grumpy doesn't mean happy.
And all this for a possible 5% increase in earnings per share.
I just hope that management has the decency to travel business class , rather than first class , as they all troop over to the south of France.
