This 110 c Capital Raising to United Tractors subscription is now 37.5% premium to the current sp of 80c.
And that US$628M is about A$982M at current Exchange rate. Compare that to current Market Cap at A$2.794B.
And that raise is equivalent to 35% increase in exchange to 20% of NIC.
INDO NPI went up as well again yesterday , it already jumped 14.5% from the lowest at the start of July.
Yet market is not looking forward to it, it still stuck basing it on the last EBITDA of A$50M.
There are big sellers out there keeping the sp low. There was 800,000 buy at 79.5c against 120,000 at 80c
around 2.40pm and dumped to 79c. We could have EBIDTA of 120M this quarter but sp still remains 80c.
We have A$363M end of Jun Quarter , add A$982M from UT = A$1.345B cash. Add A$100 M for this quarter NPAT
We will have A$1.445B Cash by end Oct. We could pay all debt outright , Wonder what will they do with this Money.
ENC is a staggered repayments as they said in the Webcast. Hmmmm.
