Me thinks!!
1. NXS prob have not been formally aproached and therefore can say that in release.
2. Shell are refusing to say anything, which I think tells me they are looking at this and probably have informally approached some share holders to feel them out.
3. Interesting about the change in substantial shareholder....This is not done without a good reason.
4. I still think something is in the melting pot and we will hear of an official offer soon.

Be wary to sell out now for quick gains, u may get caught with your pants down.

I may be wrong, just my opinion...
