Almost, The SPP offer is the lower of either, $0.084 per share, or a the VWAP over the 5 days leading up to SPP closure, average share price over those days you listed discounted at 2.5%.
Looking like its going to be the 5 day VWAP-2.5% unless the SP gets a rocket up it.
