I guess if you are running out of cash then you need to do something, and giving away up to half a million dollars worth of stock and cash seems to be part of the deal in this case

I thought DCL already had a clear strategy from new management, at least that is what we investors are being told. So isn't this more about finding other strategic investors from further afield who can throw more money into the furnace?
