There must be a temptation with these sorts of contracts- 1 ship now, perhaps another 11 later- 3 ships now, perhaps another 9 later.
Could the DoD take advantage? Dangle the extra and the more profitable craft?
Anyway, positive note, maybe not soon but eventually, all these project wins, if executed well, should have ASB doing really well financially and SP wise.
