Blame the Liberal Party for failing to have an energy policy for 10+ years, even when inducstry was begging them for one. Only now have the chocks been removed so that we can get some movement towards the future. It will take time and money. More so because the opportunity to plan in a timely manner was lost. So now we are in a headlong race to get it done quickly, hopefully without blackouts.
