If LRS had a takeover bid best and final which the board was supporting and the SP was trading at that best and final price, I would sell 100% of what I had and be straight on to the next investment.
Leaving capital in a stock that's about to be owned by someone else is not even neutral - it's going backwards when you take inflation into account.
