the absolute hide of a board to say 'no i dont think this stock is worth $1.30, but i will dilute the sh!t out of you at 70c' a few months later
this has got to be one of the worst things i have ever seen in small cap land, these guys are not looking out for shareholders, there is only one board member who i would consider to have 'skin in the game' - the rest of the execs and board are drunk on ridiculous cash remuneration
