Excellent research as always @Haplo, you probably understand this area better than most.
The T+2 traders were the ones pushing it below 30c, but above 30c there's a bit of selling pressure from 30c option holders. So I think this will need to accumulate around this level until more concrete news is announced. This is WC8 in the making, if not better.
