I think a lot of the passive funds sell puts, since they dont actively trade they can happily sit on their hands and loan their stock to more speculative institutions (or those who need to make a market to be able to buy back their already oversold position hah).
Good luck to them. I feel bad to those who get shaken out, but that's got nothing to do with me - Id prefer to keep buying at low prices for as long as I can.
My only 2 cents would be that if we do a CR (which I don't expect we will, weird downramp to those who do) then Id hope shareholders are provided the opportunity to retain their ownership %
