I wouldn't call it a downramp IMO. I hope there's no CR, but who knows how the debts will be structured. The impression I've got from reading other posts is that sometimes certain milestones/cash balances must be met to trigger the funding. Then sometimes the money is earmarked for Capex and can't be spent on Opex. I don't know if likely is the right word for a CR, but I wouldn't rule out. I don't really fancy the idea of a CR for Opex, maybe that's too down-rampy haha! But I'd pay up for a good plan. It's at least reassuring to know a CR and more dilution is the last thing the company wants.
