The question I wonder about in regards to this Voice and the percentage of GDP that has been suggested (as part of a possible Treaty package) is “Where does the 3% rent/GDP money’s go to? Will it be dispersed as a weekly, monthly or yearly payment to those who identify or will it be invested/stored in a wealth fund and be used to target only particular aboriginal issues?
I will assume that as they will still be considered as Normal Australians as well, all the government services that they currently have will still be available to them?
