So with todays action is the latest “Offer” from Albemarle dead before it left the starting gate?
I’ve read and re-read the announcement from the other day but am still not 100% certain of where Albemarle are. Can they buy on market? If so can they buy up to $3? I would highly doubt they can buy at greater than $3.
