Best advice I guess is to put more emphasis on Director buying when looking at specs. WC8 for example, Mathew Banks kept loading up,now look at it..2.4c to boom. LTR before that. If Directors don't want to buy then must be a reason, so may be better to go harder with a holding elsewhere. Just thinking out loud.
