Depends what you're holding & when you bought it
If you're talking years ago, don't worry
You held through the covid crash & 2022 bear market then there's no point selling now
    Look at ndq
Every red candle pulls the market back & each time it comes back & makes a new high

Great stocks keep making new highs (hold & top up)
Good/Average stocks recover all losses & slight gains (hold & top up)
Bad stocks make new lows & go nowhere (get out of these or always sell every pump if you're trying to average down & only top up when it makes new lows & lows have stopped falling. Don't catch a falling knife. But only do this if you have hope for the stock or it still has potential for recovery)
Hopeless stocks, there's no point holding onto them & get out to utilise your capital better

Most of what we discuss here is the index so stocks have different charts & timing
Even different indices have different charts
