Rather than having a fair amount of cash, the level of cash burn and the recent cap raise & debt arrangement suggests to me that they are struggling on the cash front.
Also, what good is a 25% CAGR when the company itself is not showing any growth.
I dont know if you can call this company crazy cheap given the large annual net losses.
