I believe you are correct about the (no scaling) for the main retail phase of the PREO 1 for 2.55 We'll confirm when the booklet appears on 12 Sep. Equally, it seems logical that they need to be able to scale back the optional additional (up to) 50%.
Being a pro-rata offer, your eligible limit rides on your holding (as at today). It is the Share Purchase Plans that tend to have the $5000, $10000, $20000 blocks to which refer. I think the pro-rata offers are fairer to us retail holders.
