I don't know if it's of particular relevance, or how big the profit margins are in coles, but there's a new build in queensland that's encountering significant challenges.
apparently there's a legal/industrial dispute with the builder; and Coles have had to bring in a new builder to finish off the job. but it's going to take an extended period of time.
I have no idea how big or small this is for coles. or to what extent it'll impact profit projections or whatever, but I thought I'd mention it.
