Yes it depends how it plays out, as of yet be it us ordinary retail investor, institutions nor ALB doesn't know what the intention of the block buyer is (unless it is ALB themself)
The Block buyer if not ALB could make a competing offer than we have a bidding war or they stay silent other than required notices.
But whatever happens now LTR is anchored to $3 (without public improved offers) but any rumours or block trades will equate to wild rides above $3.
If it is Gina/PLS/MIN/AKE etc ALB will try to steam roll them if it is BHP/RIO/Glencore ALB will play a strategic game.
