WOuld agree if we were talking about OCC only trading at $0.45 after such earnings announcements. As I have shown in my analysis of the earnings, the revenue was very clearly recognised against Bio Horizons large up front cash payment. These are real orders. The management gave very clear guidance on these sales beating their expectations.
This lot are guilty of being tardy, not criminality.
Markets are forward looking, hence they spike on good announcements that raise forward earnings prospects. This company just announced real earnings that beat company and most investors' expectations. That its traded on its 52 week low today on the back of finally announcing vastly improved earnings that investors have been crying out for, and paying far higher on the mere prospect of in the past, shows the irrationality of the capital markets adeptly.
@KainCarver good fill. Never thought it would get this low again after the BH deal, let alone positive sales figures announced on. In for a penny, in for a pound....
