unstable we also have to remember that even though linc will get 2.5 bill over 20 years they are burning cash at 50 mill a year. So they will burn through 1 bill over the next 20 years. Plus they will have to pay capital gains tax on assets sale and tax on any future profits.
Not sure how to value linc at this stage but i can't see the sp falling back at all on this deal.
