he's not gifting himself them, he's putting in $230k of his own cash and we all are entitled to these same cheap shares in this raise, he's also bought plenty of shares on market in the past so I disagree with this comment.
I'm definitely disappointed with some of the things he's done and performance based shares would be a good idea especially at this stage of the company's life cycle, although he is stepping down in a few months
