They still own ~30% of the business. What the big deal?
Based on my estimate the company is doing:
FY24 -
$615m revs
$25m NPAT
So trading at 14x NTM eps
Not cheap but not expensive for a business that has a 20% ROIC. Its a better business than the market average so should trade at a premium IMO.
