I'm thinking it's highly likely APAC takeover MLX at some stage. They have 20% already, but have been buying consistently. They would know the value of tin and it's fundamentals going forward. They would be aware it's undervalued given the cash on hand and other investments. It would make sense to come in and clean up the remaining shares.

Mind you Old Peak has been selling and if they wanted to do a deal I would have thought they could snatch up their shares and put in an offer. Alternatively they could benefit from the consistent selling and just scoop up shares cheaply (limited to how much they can creep up the register though) until they are ready to pounce.

    Thoughts?
