lately I've been reading the Bhagavad Gita lectures by Mohandas Gandhi to his fellows at his ashram....

early in Chapter 7 Sri Krishna describes in terms describing the essence of all things, inanimate and animate, rocks, cats, people and the universe.

I've also been reading Brian Cox, astrophysicist, and many other scientific explanations of our physical (physics) reality. the Big Bang has been well described across many different writers on astrophysics. Also the hypothetical existence of "dark matter" is said to have been the scaffolding which forms a very large component of the universe. Dark matter is said to have been the scaffolding that enabled the released energy to concentrate and the junctures of dark matter which enabled the formation of hydrogen (I question how energy, cooling, would resolve into matter as hydrogen) and this enabled the collapse of hydrogen gas due to the gravitational energy of dark matter and the formation of the very first suns over a few hundred million "years".

the thought bubble occurs to me that dark matter, pre-existing the Big Bang, is the essence of the universe

therefore is dark matter the spiritual energy that we now call "God", Krishna, or any other "supreme being"?

this is of course highly speculative, but what thoughts?
