This ssp is a disaster why would they give a discount to the vwap everyone washing shares to participate I hope they scale back the amount and all sellers get a tenth back of what they are selling , if it were allowed they should stop retail ssp and raise at a later date , one of the dumbest raises I’ve seen someone should be accountable with their job , goodbye ph
