Now that's just classic - so now we are saying extreme views/conditions are the future reality. I have said it before given some of the views you guys have it is a wonder you can get out of bed in the morning given the depressing views of life you project. At the end of the day anything is possible even 40%+ falls in the property market - but the reality is given current economic conditions in Australia it is still unlikely.
