It's no assumption and even with 30 tons if you think that was their current stock (i think 50 easily) there is no need for a cr as you implied. I think you just need to email jz instead of pestering people. i'm not discussing it just telling you how it is. A producer with tons of bg lithium waiting to sell doesn't need to cr. Your downramping is pretty obvious
