well you can thank Justice Lee for the debacle which takes place when ordinary citizens have no one to collectively defend against the BIG end of town. Of course by then he will be retired and oblivious to the situation as he floats down the Mississippi on the steamboat Robert E Lee! common sense must prevail. Interest is an ordinary expense and sure the quantum is excessive but surely some shekels must be granted. Charles Dickens was right when he said the law is an ass.
