Caught out how? The stock is down a bit as expected when an overhang of shares for sale has been announced. You act like management selling is the be all end all of a company. This happens all the time when founders want to reduce/de-risk a highly concentrated position.
I welcome a contrary opinion that provokes further thought & analysis however, this isn't the case with any of your commentary.
The only "reality" that is evident here is your inability to conduct proper due dilligence.
