    Market is discounting for lazy management imo. They should pull their finger out and get about putting the money to more use. Considering the opportunities that have presented over the last 12months, PVL board haven't done much.As you say it's very undervalued, the market probably finds it too boring.Im sure it will turn one day, has to, but the time cost of money becomes the issue.
