Goldy, could you expand on this for the less knowledgeable, uh a I? if TG has 15% and is a member of the same board (chair) who are recommending holders accept the ALb offer, does this not mean he accepts the offer? Why would he now need to combine with someone else who has 10% (a newish 10%) and not combine with his own followers who would surely hold 10% and just say thanks but no thanks? Does he not already command an easy 25%? Suddenly he now will turn around and say, I now have a new and different friend and we have 25%, so as a board member I will join with my board to accept the offer but in reality I will vote against it? Or as a board member I change my vote or how do you envisage this plays out with the suggested gang8ng up with Gina?if that’s in fact what is happening, understanding that this is speculation and as yet we don’t really know the facts?
