Yes good Samaritan and i am laughing at the bulls that keep pumping this poor preforming stock and no reason to see any change.
There a few this that makes a good stock and you can start with Management and in TOE case a Uranium Management team which TOE dont have, you need number of approvals which TOE dont have, You need real funds and a high MC to move the stock forward which TOE dont have.
And a good recourse yes do have but with DFS TOE dont have, as it stands TOE has lbs in the ground which wont see the daylight with this current team...
