    Even today there continues to be consistent sellers at around 38c. Every time CFE looks lioke moving up , heavy selling continues again.

    I'm not really surprised because most of my share holdings don't wish to get me too excited all at once.

    Regardless , I am content with CFE and the two past dividends have been great.

    I await with confidence the move through the forties,
