AZLs Nikola truck was parked at the back of the building near the storage racks which what appears to be mostly cheap tools stored there. Obviously the equipment in the closed off labs would be safe but it appears in the promotional videos that some of the equipment was being used in the same area where the truck is parked. Hard to believe some of that equipment didn't get water damaged. No doubt covered by insurance but how long does that stall progression at the LRC?
