This Friday night follies has made me even more furious.
The BOD & CEO DO NOT deserve any free shares nor any cash salaries imho.
They do not deserve bonuses let alone performance for anything as they havent even fulfilled their promises made since 2020 nor 2022 AGMs
The gall and arrogance of impunity.
There is no accountability.
They act like they are producing and there is $260Mpa revenue but there is 0 revenue as they stalled and studied and drilled instead of started production.
Sack the CEO, the buck stops at the top maate.
Who wants to move a motion at the AGM to revoke & return all performance share bonuses since 2020 AGM and cash salaries & all salary of all directors and CEO be paid in shares issued at VWAP like they were doing in 2015-2019?
Plus move a motion of no confidence in the whole BOD & CEO?
