If what your saying is correct and GGE have a second opinion of processing GGE'S Helium ,
( which will be awesome and plenty of room for negotiation )
The administrator for the Paradox Lisbon Valley processing plant will be desperately , bending over backwards to accommodate GGE'S raw gas helium to be connected to their pipe line .

And you are right , all GGE needs to do is get the raw heliium gas out of the ground and flowing into somebody's heliium pipeline for processing .

which i believe is 100% achievable these days, water in the ground is an obstacles that can be overcome by the next stage of planning which needs the enlarging of the bore hole size and correctly casing the vertical bore hole to stop the water, then stimulating the horizontal drilling process, by doing this method we can also increase the flow rate significantly maybe even Double the flow rate using this Method. ( like BNL's announcement yesterday )
