With the announcement of resource upgrade substantially up this week and the full year reports released with a 156% uplift from last financial year. If any M&A is going to happen its going to happen very soon. With the market cap at 50% discount in Red5 and after this week with market announcements/ news articles, I know their are plenty of offshore buyers keen on a long life GOLD mine with plenty of ongoing uplift their is no better time to make an offer/ bid. Especially at 50% discount market cap to its peers and with a brand new processing plant and plenty of extended years of mine life up its sleeve.
Any takeover company wanting to do a DD has everything they need after this week at there finger tips ready to make a move and from what I am hearing its from off shore not locally which most comments/articles are predicting. Watch this space.
