I think Mali Gov impasse will go on for months. They've trashed their country's reputation as an investor destination over just $30 million in rehab bond by acting in an illegal way over LLL's import taxes IMO. The fallout to LLL investors $700 million. The fallout to Mali economy will be x10 that over the next 5 years. I've invested in numerous companies operating in Mali; I certainly would never consider investing there again when the government ignores the rule of law.
