Easy answer, many of us who are sceptical of participating in the SPP is because we have lost faith in Paul and his inability to score a deal with BP (Hervax), and his inability to provide clear concise future commercialisation pathways for the company - hence why the market has punished us 90% down from ATH's. The market never lies, and currently it ain't buyin what Paul & Leslie are sellin!

If the VWAP closing price is 6c, who is to say the SP will be higher then 11.6c in a couple years time? Our SP has been falling for 2years, how do we know the rot will end soon? What if we continue to fall and hit 2c - a very REAL possibility, will you still be happy stumping up 6c for 1 free option, when you could possibly buy 3X that amount on market?

Regarding continuing to hold and not selling, that is everyone's personal financial decision. Personally there is no ploy or con as you suggest from me. I regrettably bought into the ramping online and from management and topped up numerous times. As of now I am 70% down, so I have come to the conclusion to hold until the bitter end, or until I'm back to my buy in price, then I will reassess continuing to hold or not. Do I wish I never invested with IMU - 100%. Do I want to never hear the name Paul Hopper again - 100%. Am I going to begrudgingly hold longer - 100% yes I am.
