tou raise very valid points all round
with good focus on hard facts
I thi k what’s lacking is understanding the direction and actions of the comoany leaders
they have watered down stock and in investing millions of there own money they have capitalised at others expense line yourself who could not take it up
and the 500 million just sold at .001 they are all in a good position when it goes north so
which I would like to think as it’s unlikely they would like to Lose there investments and reputations

many are angry and rightly so as the water ring down is non reversible and no we’re to go now on find raising that I can see

I have 50M shares at cost of 122k
that means I own 1 part in 350 of the company

so after consolidation I will have 250,000 shares
that cost me .49 cents each
there is a fine margin between breaking on my arse and walking away with an apartment in Byron bay

it’s as exciting and dangerous as a casino right now

there is also global events stuffing the market and Argentina is unstable

my concern s they are down to there last few million
how do they stay afloat or raise more funds to develop
they seem to have sponged if the goodwill of the investors
there reputations and money are at steak
they owe the investors everything
and the anger is justified at they have just stolen the value of shares by saturating there holding were most neatly all could not in goodwill afford to take the offer
and that’s a problem

fortunately I own my house and have a good income but most of all my savings are in this
Ime either really stupid or really lucky
but I feel trapped and mislead like many
