Saw that also and they now own a significant stake. Interesting that they would do that and then do the VIL deal. Suggests that something occurred between say 3 July 2010 and month end that made FP a compelling investment.

Must say its an intriguing deal. Also info must have changed late in month IMO as the directors took up spp - they could have bought on market cheaper and if they had bought the sp may well have moved and more spp raised. So IMO something has changed - You wouldnt find me passing all my cash over that quickly and the Due diligence what more can you know VIL = stake in FP no cash etc etc. Bongo isnt a loud drum with the number of shares in issue.

Unless FP is really a really good play why would Pass even want to go this route.
