If you are as smart as you seem to make out you are, I am pretty sure you know full well the legislation that has been introduced in Congress, and also the lengths the US are going to in order to build a supply chain for REE to meet their own agendas from defence right through to clean energy.
It's okay to put your case forward against a stock, but you can't blindly ignore the case for the stock either.
