While reflecting on past takeover plays and Gina just maybe these are the cold hard facts. Gina takes a position on bargain public companies. She has no interest in becoming a director in any tier 1 public companies or other. Hancock Prospecting goes it alone swallowing up anything that will and does print money. She wants LTR all to herself and will probably make a bid but it won’t be much higher. Albemarle may counter but it also won’t be much higher. Either way one will drop out and pocket an easy margin.

LTR BOD will say look we got you a higher price take it and for some of you this will be celebrated and indeed those who invested from the start may be more than happy. Many will be disappointed the BOD didn’t see it through because we are at the forefront of the once in a lifetime mining revolution. That’s business but really how often does the small retailer win. In this case, at this point at least a few of us have.

More than happy to be struck down on MY thoughts because I want to be wrong. I really want Houdini TG to pull his rabbit out of the hat again and reject all additional offers and take this juggernaut to production and pay off my mortgage so I can retire sooner than later. Good luck to everyone this week. Pull out the popcorn if you are already a winner.
