I think in time that announcement will be seen to be not inconsistent. Too many are focusing on the “recommend to support” and too few are actually reading the conditional nature of that “support” - not all of which is actually written in the announcement, some of which I think was/is inherent in what we are now seeing and what I suspect we are yet to see. My opinion of course.
