President Biden message is no China isolation but stability and growth so everyone knows the rules and everyone can prosper economically. Climate change policy is advancing with incentives to global south to decarbonize with help from those countries who prospered as a result of over use and keep warming under 1.5 degrees. Not short term thinking but long term growth that should help the world economy and all the players in it.
